JAMIE Howell takes the Rocks back into Ryman Premier League action tomorrow (Saturday) with a trip to Harlow Town with a five-star FA Cup victory under their belts.

Danny Chapman’s Harlow Town side will bid to improve on their season’s start, which sees them in 15th position in the table with seven points, compared with Howell’s men, who sit in fifth spot on 11 points.
Harlow, who have been handed an away trip to Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division side King’s Lynn Town in the FA Cup second round qualifying, will be keen to impress after being promoted last season, says Howell.
He said: “They are a bit of an unknown quantity to be honest, having just come up, but we go there with a good feeling at the club given where we are and the points we have on the board already.
“We’ve got more points on the board than I thought we would have and, as I said, we’re scoring goals and that can only be good, too.”
