Pagham chairman Tony Shea has said the club will not be phased after being drawn against Brighton and Hove Albion in the Sussex Senior Cup.
The SCFL Premier side roared into the third round after beating higher league opponents East Grinstead in the second round.
The reward for their efforts is a trip to play the development squad of the side currently second in the Championship.
Speaking to The Post, Shea said: “It will be a nice occasion for us all. Obviously I would have liked it to be further on in the competition but we will take it now.
“I’m sure it will be a good game and a good night for all.”
He added details of the game, including the location, would be confirmed in the coming days.
Bognor also remain in the competition, hosting Ryman South Horsham.
The Rocks have a strong pedigree in the tournament, having won it a record five times in a row between 1980 and 1984.
However, despite reaching the final three times in the last seven years, the last time the trophy returned to Nyewood Lane was in 1987.
Elsewhere and Chichester City face a tough midweek trip to Conference South side Eastbourne Borough on Tuesday (7.45pm).
All ties have to be played on or before December 7.
