Weald and Downland Living Museum
Join a family-friendly evening of stories, history and stars at the Weald and Downland Living Museum.
There you can listen to folklore and historical tales of mysterious places, magnificent creatures and magical adventures by the warming glow of a camp-fire.
Visitors will join to form small groups, each guided by a member of the museum team, to walk to different areas to hear five twilight tales.
Two stories will be told outdoors and the others will be inside, around an open fire.
In one location you can enjoy warm apple juice and flapjack whilst listening to the story.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. The twilight tale trail is suitable for children aged seven years and older. Arrive at the museum for 6.30pm, the evening finishes at around 8.30pm.
Tickets are £10 for children and £12 for adults.
This is the perfect way to spend a summer’s evening with your friends and family, and a unique way to bring the holidays to a close.
