A BOGNOR REGIS woman is going on air tonight to talk about her fight for better pensions.
Angie Taylor is being interviewed on Radio Respect, based in the town, about the work of the Women Against State Pension Inequality in tackling the government’s treatment of fifties-born women and the raising of their state pension age.
A member of WASPI’s Bognor Regis and Chichester branch, she will be quizzed by interviewer Chris Collins, the station’s joint founder, on show from 7pm-10pm.
Ms Taylor is also hiring a vintage London Routemaster bus to take fellow pensions campaigners from the town and others from around the country on a tour of the capital on May 8.
They will visit the Houses of Parliament, Downing Street and the Department for Work and Pensions as part of their call for fairer pensions’ treatment. A few spare seats remain. Email her at: email@example.com for a place.
