Fri, Nov 30, 8pm, Emsworth Sports and Social Club Former Oysterband member Ray Cooper will make an appearance in Emsworth at the end of the month.
Ray will bring the Autumn WemsFest Season to a close on Friday, November 30.
Ray, who now lives in Sweden, is a multi-instrumentalist as his new album ‘Between the Golden Age & the Promised Land’ clearly demonstrates.
He plays guitar, cello, banjo, piano and fiddle on the album, writing all 10 songs, as well as producing it.
Oysterband were formed back in 1976, in Canterbury.
Wemsfest is an arts festival which sees artists perform a mixture of world and folk-based music.
Ray will play at Emsworth Sports & Social Club from 8pm.
