Tone Zone runner Chris Savill was on fine form as he led the club home in the 10k at the Goodwood Running Festival.
The event, held at the famous Goodwood Motor Circuit, has proved to be popular with runners from across the south east and beyond.
Despite the torrential rain the Bognor Regis Tone Zone runners turned out in force to compete across three different events.
Rebecca Sleet ran in the 5k with a time of 37:28.
In the 10k Savill was the first across the line for Tone Zone in 45:29, closely followed by Glenn Penfold in 47:16.
Lee Hayward finished in 53:19, 10 minutes down the road was Rebecca Holden in one hour two minutes, with Beth Suter finishing a few minutes behind in a personal best time of 1:05.
Wendy Morris was next to cross the line with a PB of 1:08.
Helen Wattam, Karen Butcher and Jessica Stevens all finished in 1:13 and 1:15 respectively.
Nic Baglee sneaked under the 1:45 barrier to finish the two lapped course in 1:44.
In the Half Marathon distance Mark Green finished 3rd in his age category and grabbed a new personal best of 1:44:05.
Alan Coombs ran with Mark up to 10 miles and finished just behind in 1:47:47. Peter Ramsdale was 1st in his age category and finished in 1:55:09.
A few other club runners were in Winchester for the Half Marathon, a tough hilly course. Christo Oosthuizen finished 1st in category and 5th overall in a time of 1:23:56.
Lee Boniface came away from the Half Marathon with a new personal best time of 1:35:07.
Jess Thomson was just behind in 1:37:14. Leigh Paige finished in 2:20, followed by Paul Stevenson, Stuart Thomson and Alan Haskell in 2:22, 2:22 and 2:28 respectively.
At the Hambledon 10k Sarah Zacal finished in 49 minutes 38 seconds on the tough hilly course. Zacal was the first lady to cross the line, beating the previous winner by just over a minute.
During the week Sam Yates took on the Butser Hill a tough 5 mile hilly fell race. Yates crossed the line in a very respectable time of 1 hour 11 minutes.
